When I received the package I thought I would have to do the whole thing myself to understand how to be games master but it was so well written and explained that i hardly had to do a thing! The kids absolutely loved it and it's such a different idea to add onto an Easter egg hunt which can get a bit old after the sixth time! This really got their brains working and everyone was itching to help and I loved how it worked on team building skills. The clues were great too so that you could decide to help them or not depending on their ages and abilities. It meant that there was no frustrations just fun! I would most definitely order another one of these, the hardest thing now is deciding which pack theme to get next! Thank you Paper Adventures!
Hi! Thank you so much for the glowing review and sharing these amazing pictures. We always love seeing players having fun with the puzzles. We love that it helped refresh the traditional Easter egg hunt and got the team-building skills flowing without any of the usual 'Game Master' stress!
Itās wonderful to hear the hint system kept the frustration away and the fun high. If you're stuck on which theme to pick next, our Great Wizard Escape is a huge hit with teams who love a challenge or Great Space Escape for a slightly easier fan-favourite adventure!

Fun but make sure to include prep time
I ordered the Printed version and it arrived promptly, the pack was very colourful, it took a little bit of time to read through and set up. Each Chapter (Activity) was good but the children got bored once they realised they didn't link, they quickly worked out they only had to complete Chapter 6 in order to find the Easter treats, so was disappointed as it's not really an escape room as advertised where the answer from one activity is needed to complete the next. Therefore seemed a little expensive for 6 separate Easter activities.

The Great Easter Escape is designed as a story-led adventure made up of six themed chapters, with each challenge revealing a new part of the journey as the story unfolds. While the chapters can technically be completed independently, we absolutely understand that excited children may race ahead to find the Easter treats as quickly as possible!
For younger or very eager players, many families find it works well to reward children with a small egg or clue after each completed chapter to help keep the momentum and sense of progression throughout the adventure.
