Poor printing quality when you order the delivery pack (says it should come in card but it's paper and low quality printing). Errors in some of the instructions. Spelling and grammar errors - confusing for my kids. Strange references like the TV being called a box which means nothing to anyone born after the year 2000. I am really disappointed.
That being said the kids enjoyed despite the poor quality. I really do think this should be quality checked and truly tested with the age range. It also suggests on the advert that more than 2 can play but then only 6 certificates and stickers are received. We had originally invited over an additional 4 kids to play with them so that would have been a shame.

We had so much fun playing this for our 7 year old's birthday as a family. The good mix of puzzles, skill games and storytelling made this a hit in our house with both adults and our 7, 4 and 9 year olds. We especially loved how the game captures the Snowman and Snowdog magical vibe. And how it uses video QR codes throughout to make the adventure come to life... but no spoilers here. The instructions were also very clear which was reassuring as this is our first time playing one of these games. We would recommend this for a fun cosy family festive fun.
